I posted back in August about how WB had run off with my $353 order. After waiting several months for them to do the right thing, I decided to dispute the transaction with my bank. The full amount was returned to my bank account within a day and the case was formally closed after a month long investigation ~thus my issue is now resolved. It’s very disappointing to see how many loyal customers have been swindled. So if possible, I advise all to do likewise. If my bank can get the money from them, perhaps yours can as well. Otherwise I’m thinking class action lawsuit, as discussed in the first post on this page. Good luck!
