Lets start by talking about this show room, shady characters work here! Its not super clean but not terrible either, but I wouldn’t want my business looking like that! And lets just say they will promise the world when they can’t deliver a pen to sign your check! First I decided to order from these shady people because I was going through a rough spot in my life and needed some furniture for my parents to use while in town. Once the furniture was ordered it wasn’t in stock. I ended up waiting 4 months before I got tired and cancelled my order! Hank then wanted me to pay a restocking fee! How would they have to restock it if it was never stocked in the first place! What a joke these people are running! These people are nuts! I did end up receiving part of my order and when it was delivered it was BROKEN! Thanks Hank! Thankfully it was under warranty, yeah in July. Its now October and I still have yet to talk to someone about fixing it. The BBB is now in the mix as well. On top of all this non sense the manager of Hanks ain’t so fine! He will not return my calls and will not answer my questions. He just gave me the Direct Customer Service phone number. This crook gave me a disconnected number!!! I will never work with Hank’s Fine Furniture. Its a big SCAM.
