I cannot seem to delete my complaint so i will bring everyone up to date. After meeting with Icon reps they agreed to fix things they are responsible for. Most of the problems are from the set crew some of these cannot be corrected nor are structural. I am happy with Icons approach in settling this matter and am confident they will they will be available if needed in the future. Icon modular Homes are constructed better then most modular homes. They are sincere in making their customers happy. They proved this by driving three and half hours to meet with me to settle my complaint.
