Ice maker not getting water, not making ice. 2 weeks old.

My IB250SS is not making ice. It is cold but not delivering the water to the ice component. It is only 2 weeks old. I have sent in a service request to have it repaired. I have not received a phone call or email back. It is in the middle of the summer and this unit is 2 weeks old. Can you you give me a phone number to talk with someone or have someone call me to set up a service appointment? Helen Camenisch 302 245-****. Or email me at least. Your website has no phone numbers. I purchased from Lowes on 04/29/2020 and received delivery on 05/21/2020 User's recommendation: Poor customer service.
