I ordered hair product back on 3/18/11 and still have not received the product and on the website they have a live help. The live help is a joke, it keeps you waiting until 5PM when they close. I have done this for the past two days. They have charge my credit card on 3/21/11 but now I have no way of contacting them to see where my order is. The email address also does not get a response. I would recommend that noone purchase from this site at any time.
