They do not protect my personal information. They allowed theft to edit my bank account numbers, so my direct deposit was transfer to the new bank account. I did not receive two paychecks on March 26, 2021, and April 1, 2021. I have a two steps verification in my log in my phone. When I log in, I always get a code to confirm it was I. I got a notice from ADP on March 19, 2021, notifying me that my bank information was changed. I replied said I did not change anything. Yet, they confirmed the changes. That person got two pays tubs' deposited to routing number 073997**** belong to MetaBank, National Association, and account number 271******** You can't contact ADP at all. It just said contact your employer. It is not the employer who deposited the money. It was ADP.
