Today one of your employees Mr. Santos Ruiz came to do some routine work on our gas meter. He noticed that there was a very bad leak. He informed us immediately and took charge. He turned off the gas that lead to our home. He contacted his supervisors and advised them of the situation. He asked if we smelled any gas in the house. He checked our basement apartment and found that there was also a leak. He also advised us that the heater was faulty. He explained everything in a very professional manner and he put us at ease and assured us that the problem would be taken care of today. I would like to complement Mr. Santos on being a very professional person. He kept assuring me that the problem would be resolved and calmed my fears. I usually don't write these types of letters but when someone goes out of there way to be professional, courteous, and informative, I believe that a letter is necessary.
