I would like to cancel my contract with Telkom because I was given a product which is not what I requested. I tried to contact Telkom telephonically several times, however my problem was not resolved. I visited a Telkom store and a consultant at the store called the Telkom call centre however, he was also not assisted. I still have not been assisted.
