I bought a plane ticket for $700 dollars about a year ago which would be canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This amount was not returned or refunded however, I was offered credit worth $725 for it for another plane ticket. Now today while trying to use the credits we have come across and issue with said credits making the ticket of Inquiry for today go from a price $635 to a changed purchase price $1060 due to wanting to use the said credits. How are these credits worth the same amount of value for the original ticket purchased if these ticket values are close to doubled in order to purchase a ticket using the credits.
