I would like a refund for Trolls Live show that was canceled in Minneapolis in April 2020 because of Covid.

The company has not refunded my ticket purchase as they stated trolls live is coming to Minneapolis in December 2020. It was to be a Christmas present for my grandsons last Christmas. They no longer want to see the show and have athletic conflicts in December. I would like the ticket prices credited to my credit card account.
