I won a virtual bet on the 12/09/2021 at exactly 4:39 pm on betway Ghana platform but it was stalled and eventually attributed to technical problems. All losses on the other hand were instantly resulted but wins were stalled. I know this because there are other winners whose wins were stalled but not losses. I placed another bet right after the stalled, won bet and i lost, it instantly resulted automatically. I have a slip that shows i won the bet but the money paid was my wager amount. Transaction summary also indicates a payout but not a refund. If it's supposed to be a payout why not pay the actual amount i won
