They don't do their job. I've had to pay for proceedures out of pocket. They jerked me around in getting authorization to see my dermatologist who was treating me with embrel that cleared up my skin 100% which now over 2 years has past with out medication and or authorization and still nothing with the exception of lesions covering my body. The VA should fire them. User's recommendation: I haven't any recommendations.
