I started using the Abbott "Freestyle Libre" 10day system on or about August of 2019.I was delighted that I did not have to perform anymore "finger-sticks". After using the 10 day system for about 6 or 7 months I switched to the Abbott freestyle 14 day system. All was going well, or so I thought, until I had my A1c measured and it was well over 8.5. My A1c never went above the 7.2 tho 7.5 range. I then started to take a glucose test using the Reader followed by a finger-stick a few minutes later. The test results were usually no closer than 50 to 100 points apart with the READERS numbers being the lower of the two tests. I contacted Abbott and was sent another new reader and sensor kit. The results were not any better. All of the sensors I've received since then have had the same error and don't fair any better.
