I will not pay one dollar to have someone pick up a package that is for someone else.

Tried on the phone to get someone to help with this issue. Was put on hold forever and hung up. Tried chat, and they want to charge me a dollar for taking care of their mistake? It's not the dollar, it's the ridiculous time and irritation it took out of my day. This is not acceptable customer service. Should have been as easy as scheduling pick up and delivering to the correct person.
