I will never be doing business with BizChair again

I ordered a clock over two weeks ago and after waiting, emailing, and calling multiple times I finally learned that it is backorder for another month and a half! There was no mention of that on the website. That is unacceptable and unprofessional in my book. The people I spoke to on the phone were unapologetic. I will never be doing business with BizChair again and will let everyone know if you do order, expect poor customer service and your item(s) not to reach you for months."
