OMG. I want a Refund. In filing a small claims lawsuit on how unfair I was treated at this business. I had to change rooms and bed bugs bite me all night in Room 15154. Please Beware. The Covers, Tub, the floor wasnt cleaned or wiped down. I know corporate doesn't know about this. But what do they do know is how their staff is rude and not helpful and why are always understaffed. I will be filing my complaint and suing this hotel and im still itching. User's recommendation: Bed Bug Alert. Rude Staff. Trip Ruined.
