I was wronged by being given wrong information

I was told wrong information from the beginning by customer service. Instead of a dept doing their job correctly, upper management is going to stick with what that dept says. I did not receive no phone calls nor e-mails telling me the decision. Even though I have waited 6 months for a resolution, wronged in different ways - Tupperware will not honour their values. User's recommendation: Do not deal with Tupperware. The quality of product is not what it once was.
