I was on hold for 55 minutes, the agent never camae back to help me

I am trying to get the DVR service fixed called twice left the # to call back me which they did, told them the problem she told me she would place me on a BRIEF HOLD.I hung up after 55 minutes. Terrible service for an outrageous price. We here in this section of Mahwah are being held captive by them. We have no choice here for any other service.nono User's recommendation: Get another carrier.
