I was not at home. I do not know where to collect the parcel. Your system doesn’t find it.

I was not at home when you delivered the parcel. I have tried many times to be in contact with you in order to ask you a second delivery through phone (+60 130 0** **00 useless) WhatsApp but because it is a computer answering I couldnt ask what I wanted, useless as well. At the end I went to pick my parcel up and the problem was solved. This said I dont think I deserve to be called pissed customer , it is very rude and it is better if you change the definition of you team as well
