I was not able to get my vehicle repaired,
For the last 3 plus months I have been trying to get seatbelts repaired in my vehicle. I have been told they are on back order ( a safety issue). Today I went into the dealership and spoke to the parts and Service Director Pete who Listened to me and has made arrangements to have my vehicle which is under warranty to be repaired this Friday. He was able to get done in one day that I have tried for 3 plus months. User's recommendation: Do not give up.
