I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Firemountaingems and I will never buy from them again! I bought several items and later received a notification stating that they were not able to deliver my order (they didn't explain the reason) and said that I will get a full refund. Next time they said that refund was impossible and offered me to make another order and when I did they stopped replying. I got nothing but trouble and headache and after all the hassle I received nothing! Please don't deal with this company, they are very unprofessional. I keep sending them messages but it seems like no one is planning to reply. Avoid!
