I was double-billed

I received an email that said I owed *twice the amount my Regular bill is-when questioned the BOT said it was because I missed January and February. I did not: Sprint-Thanks. $39.53 payment posted on 01/13/2021. It debits from account ending in w/in 3 days. Your pmt. confirmation #162241****. Sprint-Thanks. $39.71 payment posted on 02/22/2021. It debits from account ending in w/in 3 days. Your pmt. confirmation #163752****. FreeMsg User's recommendation: Whatever works for you… I’ve been a sprint customer for 20 years so….
