I was denied EBB Support Program
Twice I was told I was approved, I even spoke to an agent, However they told me that I was denied because I was called a Spectrum Legacy not Spectrum TV services. My checks are made out to Spectrum, you get the money!! I believe that I have been treated poorly. I've been taken advantage of. I am a disabled senior on SSD. Thank You
