I was charged twice for payment to prometric

I paid for my exam and it was entered and withdrawn from my account twice I would like to be reimbursed for one payment. User's recommendation: Check your account after paying.

Absolutely buggy app, with errors, it's just an awesome awful experience, pay for the exam and you can't just launch it!!
