I was charged multiple times in my account after a customer service told me that I will get 3 free months of access, but still I found out that in those 3 months I was charged regularly

I called around March to let the company know that I forgot to cancel my free subscription. The lady told me that she will give me a 3 free months free subscription, and after that 3 months my account will be cancelled. Today, I found out that I got charged every month after I spoke with that lady. I want my money back for all of those months that money was taken from my account. User's recommendation: I will look for other company that can keep thorp word and has a lower monthly charge.
