I was charged for my cabin baggage by United airlines despite included in my booking at eDreams
I was charged for my Carry on baggage despite 2 Carey on baggage included on my ticket on United Flight. I paid $140 for my trip to Raleigh (NC) from SFO on 29th July to 7th August. When I spoke to your customer rep, they agreed that Carry on allowance is there on my ticket booking, and I was unfairly asked to pay for my carry ons. They asked me share the baggage payment invoices along with my boarding pass to servicessupport-xce@***.edreams.com , I have sent all the documents and requested to refund my money, but no responseto my email
