I signed up for a 14 day trial and needed customer support. I tried for two days to use the chat feature and couldn't get any assistance. On day 3, I saw a support by phone and when I clicked though, I was charged a WHOPPING $700 and can't undo it. I do NOT wish to sign up for a program I am begging to get customer service on, all I wanted was a customer service rep to assist me learn the program. What I got instead was charged a premium membership fee and NO ONE TO TALK TO! This appears to be a big scam! If the program is so great, why trick people into a membership they can't reverse? And, why not teach people during the trial period how to use it instead of charging them for something they can't use??? This is outrageous! User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST THE 14 DAT TRIAL - IT WILL COST YOU $700 AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO USE THE PROGRAM BECAUSE THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
