I was billed on 6/11/21 for an item I returned one or two days after I received it. The amount was $63.98. and billed on 6/11. It was returned but have not received a refund or verification
I have not received my refund for an item I received and mailed back within two days. I used the return item form included with the item. The item was changed charged to my Visa on June 11, 2021 and was for $63.98. She spoke English but I could not understand her. Her responses were not clear and I could hear a baby crying in the background and her voice was heavily accented. It was not a pleasant experience because she asked several questions multiple-times. I explained I had mailed it back but she asked me to look at the item and describe it back to her! Will you look into this and see if my item was received? The customer service agent never confirmed it was and I asked where my refund was? User's recommendation: trying your customer service representatives better.
