I have emailed, and phoned Totalav no joy in getting my money refunded I feel I was being fobbed off,, they had no intention of refunding my money, I ,recieved a free trial but did not wish to continue but Totalav still billed my mastercard account Mastercard User's recommendation: Not at all if anything I would advise people to avoid Totalav.
