I want to talk to a person. They keep sending me directly to the surgery about how my call went.

Worst customer service ever. Called last Thursday with questions and decided to return. Agent initiated a return and label was to be sent in 24 hours. Meanwhile I ordered another laid. Second paid is here, still no return label, called twice today. IWANT TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. The system keeps sending me to the survey before anyone answers. User's recommendation: Walk away.
