I want to Return the camera
I bought a Kami outdoor wire free camera and its been a month and I havent been able to use it. Its unable to pair this is the second camera and didnt have any issues with the first one . I tried contacting customer services from Yi and I have 2 agents and 10 emails and the problem is still the same . I have asked to return the camera to get a refund but get ignored , all I get is more question and suggestions that have already tried and no way to get an answer to what I want at this point . To return the camera and get my money back User's recommendation: Get your cameras from Amazon .
