Hi, I'm Mr. Fabio Di Mari, today I'm really saad and really really hard and bad day,because Im not to flight from edinburgh to London, the fact was that I requested a booking including hotel and flight about a month ago.Infact this morning when in the time to around 9.36 minutes I go to the gate in edinburgh aeroporto the flight attendant informed me that the gate had been closed for about 20 minutes !!!! current date or 04 // 08/2021 !!! ???. I hope you can at least help me a little so as not to completely lose the sum. I send invoice and booking number attached. Best regards
