I purchased a North face jacket size large eyes large after I gave my card information good information I went back to review the order and it said extra large so I immediately canceled it and wrote the seller 3 messages not to place the order next thing I get is a message saying my order has shipped I am so pissed off And I have yet to hear back from any customer service except for a few generic emails I will never use this *** company again 1st in last time no wonder no one's ever recommended it Beware this company is a joke and unprofessional
