I HAD A GUEST USE A KEY AND OPEN THE DOOR TO MY HOTEL ROOM 225 BUTT NAKED IN SHOCK..I CALLED COOPERATE SPOKE WITH A LADY AND SHE TOLD ME MY NAME AND CONFIRMATION NUMBER WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM...THE MANAGER KIM SEEM SNEAKY SHE PROBABLY POCKETING THE CASH AND MAKING MONEY OFF CARDS... INVESTIGATE CAUSE I'M GOING TO SUE THESE PEOPLE User's recommendation: WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS.. DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
