They don't answer my emails They took my money. At madrid, after landing from lima the police stopped me and they would not let me connect to air france to Heathrow ,which I booked with sky scanner and was told to book another direct flight to Heathrow, I contacted air france who told me it was sky scanner problem, so I could not collect my luggage, I was to ushered to the iberia desk and had to book a direct flight to Heathrow ( this was not a cold 19 problem or anything I did wrong. . Air france were awful as well £560 for what?? ( i had to pay £ 520 just to get home on a iberia flight the following day , all night awake at madrid. Not happy! User's recommendation: Don't use sky scanner . There is no one to speak to , when there is a problem.
