I want an emergency refund

I booked a flight with royal air Morocco online from DXB to cassablanca and from cassablanca to Douala Cameroon. They didn't send an email to tell me all Thier flights have been suspended when I called then I was told that my reservation is cancelled the flight number is 147 241****429 and my name's are mbua ikome AT245. Please I need and emergency refund so I can be able to reserve another flight.
