Went in the santee CA location serviced by Sonia. I asked for a 3 inch trim and layers, she botched my hair and left holes and missing areas open with no hair. Her excuse was she scheduled between two perms for two elderly ladies!!! My neighbors 2 year old blind closed could if done a better job. She didn't section my hair off , she just went in and started doing irreversible damage and cut in deep to do surface layers!!! She claims to hold 20+ years exp. I would say more like 20 sec exp. Had to pay more more and a different location, " a real" barber fixed me right up after taking pictures before. DO NOT GO HERE 4 SERVICE NOT QUALIFIED SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF HER STATE LIC!!!! she got started User's recommendation: Do not go here!!!
