First Im not very pissed about what happened, just disappointed. So the bottom just wouldnt move or wind upwards. I had to get pretty aggressive with it, then it just broke. I guess I just want you to be aware of what happened to me and maybe do a check on your quality control. Thank you for your wonder product, I will still use and enjoy it! User's recommendation: Nothing.
