The 1st complaint is you cant use the contact number provided. Secondly, I returned item to Lord and Taylor returns and it was returned to me from Saks Off 5th. So all the information is erroneous. I am stuck with merchandise that is not wearable. I would like compensation for my terrible customer service. Please let me know my next option! User's recommendation: Don’t do it!
