Original review posted by user Oct 21, 2020 The lady at the front desk was yelling at me because the person made my appointment messed up, and she was rude disgusting. The all stuff are not professional at all. The person was answered the calls for appointment had lack of attention and hang up on me. Yelling when she was talking with me loud zero tolerance and looking the wrong time and date. I even repeat my appointment to make sure I have My hair dresser . She said yeh yeh and hang up. By the time I went there My hair dresser said I dont have any appointment. Her schedule was till 4:00And my appointment was 4:35 . The front desk was very rude to me with her attitude instead to apologize she was give me more attitude the person try to help me my hair dresser she said she will take me., and she was very nice I told her it's not fair to take your time you have to leave. I was embarrassed, and the front desk was rude and in front of all I had to leave. There is no skill of talking and customer service at all. I felt treated differently. I never seen her there before, but she snaps on me. No apology. I was calm and standing like a loser in a corner, and she was talking loud yelling at me with a very horrible face and body impression. The reason she kisses off on me, I told her I guess it was you answer the call yesterday because you are loud and yelling. That's it she snapped, and she starts with me. I will Never go there and I will never recommend this place.
