I submitted all necessary information, but was told it was insufficient I just was starting to get the run around. Just resolved it another way myself. Thank Mattel for non service.

I submitted all necessary information as requested along with photos to Mattel, but was advised they could not view photos and product number was incorrect which I copied from the product. All I requested was information where to purchase another car, or maybe they could replace the defective one as shown in the photos. User's recommendation: Buy Disney products.
