I simply want a full refund

I am looking to return this product I do not want this product. I have contacted customer service they explained to me that I needed to wait for package to arrive before I could return for a full refund now I am being denied. I simply want a full refund I understand if there is shipping and handling but I would like a refund on this product that has not been opened.
