Read the above!! I returned Order 461**** on May 5 and have not received a confirmation email, as I have from La Blanca, Venus, J Crew and all the other companies Ive been dealing with. I just called the Customer assistance number and after waiting on the line for almost one hour, the person who finally answered (Alam) said he/she was in Sales, not Returns, and could not help me - but she would contact the right person in Customer service and they would call me. HELP Im a bit fed
