I took a package to the ups store on May 25, 2021 at Laredo texas on San Dario Street this item is a return to Amazon for which i am expected a refund . As i saw that no traking or movement was going on with the tracking number i went again to the ups store this friday June 4, 2021 and my package was still there . The employee stated that they didnt have a proper box for my item i said 2 weeks has passed and you dont have a box . This product has a deadline for return if it doesnt get there on time i will not get refunded my $200 . Who can help me .
