I reserved a vehicle and drove 45 min to pick it up for a week long rental to care for my father who just had open heart surgery and when i arrived they said they had no vehicle for me - and offered no help or options my 82 yo dad has no one to help User's recommendation: Don’t go to the location at 4621 W. Belmont they are extremely unprofessional and uneducated.
