I recomend have sales assoc.do search before leaving the store.

Saw a sweater I wanted today at a Chicos boutique ,but my size wasn't available in ecru (4). Went home to order online only to find the ecru color I wanted wasn' t available,however 3 colors were shown ,but only 1 color was available to order (dusty) online, the video presentation was shown in ECRU .Secondly,a 50% discount was available,but the merchandise wasn't.I was told by the cust.serv.rep.it wasn't available and I couldn't lock in the discount when it became available. Why is merchandise shown if it isn't available? I think passport members should be able to pre order at discounted rate when merchandise becomes available. Very disappointed !!!
