I received not workable power bank.

Dear sir, I bought a power bank the capacity of 40000Mah on dated 14 jun. After 7 days the power bank is not working properly, some times the charging percentage is showing 100%and after 5 minute or 10 minutes showing 20 or 30% . And my mobile Chareged only one time for 6000 mah mobile battery. I have already intimated to care but till date no action have taken by callmate care service. So you are required to kindly replace at the earliest with same item. The order id is attached herewith for your reference. An early action will be highly solicited.
