Horrible customer service and response

Wrong address asked many times to correct address customer service reps said they did not have the capability of making corrections r u kidding made several attempts with emails and phone calls the managers are in a meeting every time I call thats a lot of meetings so unprofessional thats why stores r closing all over pathetic
