I received a black and decker spotlight VEC15780. Stopped working within months. I just gave up on trying to reach your customer service after waiting over 30 minutes for anyone to answer the phone 877-571-****. I tried all options on recording without speaking to one person on a Tuesday afternoon, around 1 pm. Horrible customer service, IMO. Save your money. Avoid this product and this company.. User's recommendation: Save your money. Avoid this product and this company..
