I purchased the Q3mark2, It would not open on my laptop!

I purchased the Q3mark 2, and it would not open. Support told me to click the link sent to me 24 hours from the purchase. I did. The damn thing never opened! I followed their instructions: restarted laptop and uninstalled and reinstalled. NOTHING. It was the same email back and forth. I have requested a full refund. Notin User's recommendation: Don't buy it, service and products poor!
